Who we are:  Land Bridges USA is a division of the nonprofit corporation, ESR Project ORG, dedicated to conservation of species in the United States that are endangered, or at-risk status, in need of public awareness campaigns and the development of protected lands to recover.  Our board members and those who act as consulting experts for us include biologists, veterinarians, business executives, and urban/city planners.

What we do:  Land Bridges USA works with wildlife officials, biologists and scientists, and with other nonprofit groups to identify at-risk species, and to develop public awareness programs that will assist in reclaiming breeding sites, protect wildlife range and habitat, and assist with the reintroduction of endangered species.  These campaigns help to create the support needed for these animals to re-establish their presence in areas where they are deemed at risk.

Why we are committed to this mission:  As civilization encroaches on undeveloped areas, many species become more at risk for survival.  It is important to protect the natural flora and fauna, not only for its beauty, but for the overall health of the planet and for our own survival.  Fauna and flora of a region are intricately connected - to displace even one aspect is to impact the health of the whole.  At Land Bridges USA, our professionals are dedicated to preserving areas that can contribute to the overall environmental health of a region, and to involving the public as much as possible in its ultimate recovery.  By creating awareness that assists in preserving strategic areas of land for the animals, human communities also benefit from a healthier ecosystem overall.

How you can help:  Evolving Scientific Research Project is supported by public funding.  Your contributions go directly to the programs identified to protect and conserve wildlife and all donations are tax deductible.

The mission of Evolving Scientific Research Project overall is to conserve, protect, and facilitate the survival of species that come into conflict with human communities or the development of regions. To learn more about what ESR Project is doing, click on the link provided to ESR Project ORG.

Land Bridges Africa is another division of Evolving Scientific Research Project. At the present time, we are working to monitor at risk species in South Africa: the baboon, vervet, Knysna elephant and coastal leopard. ESR Project: Biomedical Division
ESR Project, Biomedical Division monitors animal welfare in the research setting.  It is currently 7 months into a 2-year study on the use of primates in research, starting from the first wild caught animals, and matrixing out through their offspring and mates to the end of family lines. You can read more about this study and other findings associated with it by clicking on the link above.
